PROVADA 2027 returns to RAI Amsterdam from 15 to 17 June 2027, bringing together developers, investors, construction companies, architects, municipalities, housing associations, financiers, advisors, brokers, technology companies and other professionals involved in the Dutch and international real estate sector. The three-day trade fair is designed around business networking, knowledge exchange, investment, innovation, urban development and public-private collaboration.

PROVADA describes itself as the largest real estate platform in the Netherlands. The fair traditionally combines a large exhibition floor with an extensive programme of presentations, debates, networking meetings and sector-specific sessions. More than 300 exhibitors and more than 70 municipalities, provinces and national government organisations are represented within the wider PROVADA platform.

What to expect in 2027

PROVADA 2027 will focus on the changing real estate landscape and the practical challenges facing developers, investors, public authorities, builders and other property professionals. Rather than functioning as a conventional consumer exhibition, PROVADA is primarily a professional meeting place where companies and public organisations present projects, services, investment opportunities, development plans and new approaches to the built environment.

The 2027 edition will run across three full exhibition days at RAI Amsterdam. The official opening hours are Tuesday 15 June from 10:00 to 19:00, Wednesday 16 June from 10:00 to 19:00 and Thursday 17 June from 10:00 to 18:00.

Visitors can expect a combination of exhibition stands, thematic areas, professional meetings, presentations, networking events and discussions. The programme is particularly relevant to people working in residential development, commercial property, investment, urban planning, sustainability, construction, infrastructure, financing, property technology and public-sector development.

The event also provides opportunities to meet representatives of municipalities, provinces and national government alongside private-sector organisations. This public-private connection is one of the defining characteristics of PROVADA.

Event dates

PROVADA 2027 takes place over three consecutive days:

  • Tuesday, 15 June 2027: 10:00 – 19:00
  • Wednesday, 16 June 2027: 10:00 – 19:00
  • Thursday, 17 June 2027: 10:00 – 18:00

The ticket is valid for all three days rather than for a single day. PROVADA’s published 2027 ticket information states that entrance tickets are personalised and valid for the complete three-day fair.

The three-day format makes it possible for professionals to divide their visit according to business interests. One day can be used for meetings and exhibitor visits, another for presentations and sector sessions, while the final day can be used for additional networking and international investment discussions.

Venue & exhibition site

PROVADA 2027 will be held at RAI Amsterdam, Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The exhibition uses RAI Amsterdam’s large-scale exhibition infrastructure, making it suitable for a major professional property event with multiple halls, meeting areas, stands and presentation spaces. The PROVADA visitor regulations have previously specified Halls 10, 11 and 12 with access through Entrance C, and the 2027 exhibitor information continues to identify RAI Amsterdam as the venue.

RAI Amsterdam is located close to the A10 motorway and has its own train station, metro connection and tram access. Amsterdam RAI railway station is approximately a three-minute walk from the venue, while Europaplein metro station is directly outside the complex.

Full exhibition programme

The PROVADA exhibition programme is built around professional interaction rather than a traditional product-display format. Exhibitors use their stands to showcase developments, services, investment opportunities, technology, construction solutions and property-related expertise.

The wider programme typically includes:

  • Real estate development and investment discussions
  • Residential and affordable housing sessions
  • Commercial property and office development
  • Logistics and industrial real estate
  • Retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments
  • Urban development and area transformation
  • Construction and building innovation
  • Sustainability and energy performance
  • Real estate technology and artificial intelligence
  • Property data and digitalisation
  • Financing and investment
  • Valuation and property market analysis
  • Public-private cooperation
  • Municipal and regional development
  • International investment
  • Networking breakfasts, lunches and meetings

The 2026 programme provides an indication of the breadth of content expected at the 2027 edition, including sessions on housing, AI, data, sustainability, energy security, climate risk, investment, urban development, logistics, European regulations and area development.

The detailed 2027 session timetable should be checked through the official programme once individual sessions, speakers and locations are published.

Featured brands & designers

PROVADA is not primarily a furniture or interior-design trade fair. Its featured companies are predominantly connected with real estate, development, investment, construction, architecture, financing, consultancy, technology, municipalities and public-sector development.

Among organisations represented through recent PROVADA editions and current exhibitor listings are AM, Censo, Colliers, Daiwa House Modular Europe, Eneco, FRIS Real People, Gemeente Eindhoven, JAJO, Kroonenberg Groep, Metropoolregio Utrecht, MRP Development and SADC.

The exhibitor network also includes companies such as Achmea Real Estate, Aareal Bank, Aareon, Altera, Amvest and Alklima/Mitsubishi Electric, demonstrating the broad range of disciplines represented on the exhibition floor.

Architecture, design and placemaking are therefore present within the wider real estate ecosystem, but PROVADA should be viewed primarily as a property-industry platform rather than a specialist furniture-design show.

Furniture & interior collections

Furniture collections are not the central focus of PROVADA 2027. Instead, interior and design-related content is generally connected with commercial developments, offices, hospitality projects, residential buildings, retail environments and mixed-use destinations.

Visitors interested in the design side of real estate can use the fair to examine how developers, architects, builders and property companies approach:

  • Workplace design
  • Residential interiors
  • Hospitality environments
  • Retail spaces
  • Public spaces
  • Mixed-use developments
  • Sustainable building materials
  • Flexible work environments
  • New concepts for living and working
  • Placemaking and urban experience

This makes the exhibition relevant to architects, developers, designers, property consultants and suppliers who work at the intersection of real estate and the built environment.

Exhibition halls & sections

The PROVADA exhibition is organised across multiple halls and dedicated areas. Recent visitor regulations identified Halls 10, 11 and 12 as the main PROVADA exhibition halls, with Entrance C used for visitor access.

Within the halls, visitors can encounter individual company stands as well as thematic and institutional areas. The current exhibitor directory shows organisations allocated to different booth numbers across the exhibition halls, allowing visitors to plan meetings and visits in advance.

Themed areas may focus on subjects such as housing, sustainability, investment, innovation, valuation, public-sector development and other specialist topics. The exact 2027 floor plan and final thematic configuration should be checked closer to the event.

Talks, presentations & workshops

The conference and presentation programme is one of the most important parts of PROVADA. Sessions can take the form of keynote presentations, interviews, panel discussions, masterclasses, breakfast meetings, networking lunches, investment briefings and practical knowledge sessions.

Recent PROVADA programming has included subjects such as AI in real estate, affordable housing, logistics, energy security, climate risks, building performance, data exchange, European regulations, public-private cooperation and investment.

The 2026 edition also introduced an International Investment Day developed with INREV, Holland Metropole and the Dutch Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning, providing international investors with sessions covering investment, policy and opportunities in the Dutch market.

For 2027, visitors should monitor the official programme for confirmed speakers, session times, languages and room locations.

Ticket types & visitor access

PROVADA 2027 has several published ticket categories. The official rates are listed below in USD, converted from the published prices using an approximate rate of 1 EUR = $1.146. Actual card or payment-provider conversion may differ.

  • Early Bird: approximately $332.34, excluding VAT, available until 12 April 2027
  • Regular visitor ticket: approximately $395.37, excluding VAT
  • Late Bird: approximately $429.75, excluding VAT, from 1 June through 17 June 2027
  • Housing association ticket: approximately $166.17, excluding VAT
  • Student ticket: approximately $44.69, excluding VAT
  • Exhibitor stand-staff ticket: approximately $166.17, excluding VAT
  • Exhibitor invitation ticket: approximately $166.17, excluding VAT

All entrance tickets are personalised, non-transferable after registration and valid for all three days. There are no standard one-day visitor tickets.

Students must be enrolled in a real estate-related programme and provide the requested student information when applying for the student ticket.

VIP & professional access

PROVADA is designed primarily for professional visitors rather than general consumers. Its audience includes developers, investors, builders, architects, financiers, advisors, brokers, housing corporations, municipalities, provinces and government representatives.

Professional visitors can use the event to arrange meetings, visit company stands, attend specialist sessions and participate in networking activities.

Exhibitors also have separate exhibitor badges. According to PROVADA’s exhibitor information, exhibitor badges provide access beyond normal visitor opening hours, with exhibitor access previously running from 09:00 to 20:00.

Exhibitor list

The official 2027 exhibitor directory is already available and continues to expand as participating organisations are confirmed.

Current listed exhibitors include:

  • AM
  • Censo

The official exhibitor directory should be consulted for the latest complete list, booth numbers and newly confirmed participants.

Product launches & new collections

At PROVADA, “product launches” generally take the form of new real estate projects, development concepts, investment propositions, technologies, construction solutions, sustainability initiatives and digital services rather than conventional consumer products.

Recent editions have included stand openings and project launches. For example, the 2026 programme included an opening and launch connected with Amber Amsterdam by Ballast Nedam Development.

Visitors can therefore expect exhibitors to use PROVADA as a platform for presenting:

  • New residential developments
  • Area-development plans
  • Commercial property projects
  • Sustainable building concepts
  • Modular construction
  • Property technology
  • Digital property platforms
  • Investment opportunities
  • Energy and building-performance solutions
  • New urban-development strategies

Specific 2027 launches will be confirmed by individual exhibitors and PROVADA as the programme develops.

Event rules

Visitors must register online before attending. Tickets are personal and provide access for the three days of the fair. Purchased tickets are generally non-refundable, although PROVADA provides procedures for transferring an unused ticket to another name before attendance.

PROVADA also has rules concerning photography, recordings, meetings and promotional activity. The organiser may make image and sound recordings during the event, while visitors are expected to comply with Dutch law, venue instructions and safety requirements.

Visitors should also note that independently organised meetings or media activities are restricted under the visitor regulations. Exhibitors are permitted to conduct promotional activities at their own booths, while promotional activity in central fair areas is restricted.

Rules can be updated, so visitors should check the official regulations before travelling.

How to get there

RAI Amsterdam is located at Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The venue is well connected to Amsterdam’s public transport network and is positioned close to the A10 orbital motorway. Amsterdam RAI railway station is only a short walk from the exhibition centre, while Europaplein metro station is immediately outside the venue.

From Schiphol Airport, visitors can reach Amsterdam RAI by train in approximately 10 minutes. This makes the venue particularly convenient for international exhibitors and visitors arriving by air.

Public transport & parking

Amsterdam RAI can be reached by train, metro, tram and bus. Amsterdam RAI railway station is approximately three minutes from the venue, and Europaplein metro station provides direct access to the exhibition complex.

Visitors arriving by car can use the RAI parking garages, which are located close to the exhibition centre and have direct access from the A10. The current RAI parking information lists an online day rate of approximately $34.38 and an onsite maximum daily rate of approximately $41.26, based on the current published parking rates and the same currency conversion used for event pricing.

RAI also operates P+R arrangements that can allow visitors to leave their car at the venue and continue towards central Amsterdam by public transport. Availability can vary during large events, so visitors should check the P+R status before travelling.

Accommodation areas

For a three-day professional event, staying near RAI Amsterdam provides the easiest access to the exhibition centre. The Amsterdam Zuid and Zuidas areas are particularly convenient for business travellers because of their proximity to RAI and major transport connections.

The area around Europaplein also offers accommodation within walking distance or a short public-transport journey. Amsterdam city centre provides a much wider choice of hotels and apartments and remains easily accessible by metro.

Other useful accommodation areas include De Pijp, Amsterdam Zuid, Oost and the central canal district. Visitors travelling internationally may also consider hotels near Schiphol if they have early or late flights, although staying closer to RAI can reduce daily travel time during the exhibition.

Accessibility

RAI Amsterdam provides facilities for visitors with reduced mobility. The venue has level and spacious corridors, lifts and accessible toilets throughout the building. Accessible parking spaces are available in several RAI parking garages for visitors with a valid European disabled parking card.

Wheelchairs can also be borrowed from RAI Amsterdam, subject to advance reservation and confirmation. Visitors who need this service should contact RAI before attending rather than relying on same-day availability.

Because PROVADA occupies large exhibition halls, visitors with mobility requirements should allow additional time between appointments and presentation areas. The information desk can also help visitors with questions about the venue and available facilities.

Previous year’s highlights

PROVADA’s recent editions have demonstrated the scale and professional character of the event. The organiser reported that more than 27,000 visitors attended PROVADA in 2025 for knowledge, inspiration, innovation and networking.

The 2025 programme included sessions on housing development, logistics and industrial property, AI, investment, area development and new residential projects. The programme also featured networking breakfasts, presentations and discussions involving public authorities and major real estate organisations.

The 2026 programme expanded the international investment dimension with an International Investment Day, while sessions covered subjects including European housing policy, investment, AI, energy, sustainability, climate risks, data and urban development.

These recent editions provide a useful indication of the scale and subject range visitors can expect from PROVADA 2027, while the final 2027 programme will determine the confirmed speakers, sessions and thematic areas.

Official tickets & registration

Official PROVADA 2027 tickets are available through the event’s own registration system. Tickets are personalised and valid for all three exhibition days, with Early Bird, Regular, Late Bird, housing association, student and exhibitor-related ticket categories published by the organiser.

Official PROVADA 2027 tickets, rates & registration (https://www.provada.nl/en/visitors/rates)

Visitors should complete registration before arriving at RAI Amsterdam and keep their digital or printed access information available. The official PROVADA website should be checked before travelling for any changes to programme details, access arrangements, exhibitor information or visitor regulations.
